What’s the queen’s name? What does the English breakfast consist of? What team has just hired the football player Fernando Torres? What are the most prestigious educational centers in UK? Do you know 3 typical places in London?
Ok. I think you know enough about UK by now. What about other countries?
Task:
1- Work in groups (three or four people).
2- Choose a country and think of some typical things from that country (if you need more information, do a little research on Internet).
3- Use picasa to form a collage with some rellevant pictures (you can find find them on the Web or bring your own ones).
4- Do an oral presentation in front of the class using the collage as a guide.
